How can I check the completion status of my wellness activities?

If you and/or your spouse or partner are currently enrolled in a bank medical plan, you can check the status of all your voluntary wellness activities by logging onto My Wellness beginning in October. Screening results may be delayed up to one week after you complete and submit your health screening information.

For all others, you can check the completion status of your health screening and questionnaire on the date that your medical coverage begins by visiting My Wellness.
