I am a new employee at Bank of America and have an upcoming deadline. Do I need to complete my health screening?

In response to the current health and humanitarian crisis of coronavirus, employees, plus their covered spouse or partner, who have not yet completed a health screening and are unable to complete a health screening, may waive that activity, but still receive credit for the screening. Please go to the Program page on mywellnessresources.com to complete the waiver for the health screening. Please note: the health questionnaire will still need to be completed to keep the wellness credit.
