If you received a credit removal email, but completed the health screening and health questionnaire by the deadline, please file an appeal with the Virgin Pulse Member Services by calling (833) 525-5788 or emailing [email protected]. Virgin Pulse representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Eastern. Please have as much information ready as possible when contacting (ex. Date/location of screening).
