What notifications are available for the Virgin Pulse mobile app?

If you’d like daily reminder notifications from the Virgin Pulse mobile application, we can help you out! The mobile app can send you a notification on your mobile device or supported tablet for Daily Cards, friend requests, Shoutouts, and My Care Checklist each day. You also can choose at what time during the day you’ll receive your notification. 

Note: My Care Checklist and Shoutouts are company-specific features and might not be available in your Program design.

To access the notifications functionality, complete the following steps:

1)  Open the Virgin Pulse mobile application on your device.

2)  Tap on the “Profile” button at the bottom of the screen.

3)  Tap on “Settings“.

4)  In the “Push Notifications” section, you can find all available notifications for the mobile app. For example, locate the “Card Notifications“. This controls if you receive or do not receive the notification to complete your Daily Cards.

If it is set to ON, the tab will be green, If it is set to OFF, the tab will be gray, and the Notification Time will no longer display.

5)  If you’d like to change your settings, tap on the circle within the tab to update, and it will be automatically saved.
